The Los Gatos Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 13 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following topics.
- Property owner and applicant Linus Lundberg is requesting approval to exceed the floor area ratio for an addition and for a grading permit for a single-family residence on property zoned R-1:8 at 128 Yosemite Way, meaning one home for an 8,000 square-foot minimum lot size.
- St. Mary's Church and Jeffrey T. Berg, AIA/Steinberg Architects are requesting approval for rezoning property at 219 Bean Ave. to construct a new junior high school, modify existing school operations, and continue church services and activities at the parish. No significant environmental impacts have been identified and a mitigated negative declaration is recommended.
- Property owner SRI Oldtown, LLC. and applicant Tammy Korte request a conditional-use permit for formula retail apparel store Lucy Activewear in a commercial space previously occupied by a formula retail bookstore (Borders) on property zoned C-2.
