The Los Gatos Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 24 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following topics.
- Property owner Three Sisters LLC. and applicant architect Gary Kohlsaat are seeking an architecture and site application for property located at 41 No. Santa Cruz Ave. where they hope to modify the exterior of the Los Gatos Theater in the central business district commercial zone.
- Property owner and applicant Sobrato Interests IV. is requesting an architecture and site approval for renovation and 50-unit expansion of an existing apartment complex known as Riviera Terrace, 135 Riviera Drive, within an approved planned development on property zoned RM:12-20:PD.
