Los Gatos Theater, Affordable Housing on Planners' Agenda Tonight

Discussion of upgrades to downtown cinema continue after Oct. 24 meeting.

The Los Gatos Planning Commission will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 14 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St., to consider the following topics:

Public hearing to consider amending town code to incorporate an affordable housing overlay zone for properties located at:

  • Northwest corner of Knowles Drive and Capri Drive
  • Knowles Drive, east of Winchester Boulevard
  • West side of Oka Road, north of the Jewish Community Center
  • East side of Oka Road, south of the Los Gatos Swim and Racquet Club
  • East side of Oka Road, east of the Los Gatos Gardens Apartments
