Gov Equipment Public Use, Picket/Protest Signs on Los Gatos Council's Agenda Tonight
Council to also consider transitioning to 'action-only' minutes for meetings.
The Los Gatos Town Council meets tonight at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 3 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St. to discuss the following:
- Commendations for the 2013 Santa Clara Valley Science and Engineering Fair winners
On the consent agenda, which allows the five-member body to approve items with one vote, are:
- Adopt an ordinance for the Town of Los Gatos Municipal Code entitled "Single-Use Carry-out Bags"
- Approve the response to the Santa Clara County Grand Jury Reports regarding public complaint procedures and public safety disability retirement rates
- Adopt Council policy regarding public use of town equipment and signs at Town Council and Planning Commission meetings
- Approve the transition to action only minutes for Town Council meetings
On the public hearing portion of the agenda, which allows concerned residents three minutes to speak on any issue:
- Adopt resolution approving the Successor Redevelopment Agency Long Range Property Management Plan, Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule 13-14B and Administrative Budget for Jan. 1, 2014 to June 30, 2014
- Adopt a resolution revising the Below Market Price (BMP) Housing Program Guidelines Scoring Criteria (Continued from 8/19/13)
- Update on conditional-use permit complaint process
