Chipotle Mexican Grill on Planners' Agenda Tonight

Future national burrito chain restaurant is seeking a conditional-use permit to operate at the former Hollywood Video location at the corner of Los Gatos Boulevard and Blossom Hill Road.

The will meet at 7 p.m., Wednesday, April 11 at Town Council Chambers, 110 E. Main St. to discuss Chipotle Mexican Grill's conditional use permit to operate a restaurant with outdoor seating and alcoholic beverage service at 640 Blossom Hill Rd, which is zoned highway commercial. 

Chipotle woud be located on a portion of the former Hollywood Video space. The property owner is Blossom Hill Pavilion, LLC and the applicant is Harlan Faust of Chipotle Mexican Grill.
