Drunk Woman Breaks Window in Monte Sereno Altercation

Campbell resident tells police vandalism act was committed because husband was inside residence and would not talk to her.

A Campbell woman was arrested at about 5 p.m. Feb. 16 outside a Via Palomino home in Monte Sereno after police say she threw a landscape river rock through the $900 window of her mother-in-law’s home.

Nora Estella Flores-Weekly, 51, was detained and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail after Los Gatos Monte Sereno police responded to investigate a report of a disturbance on Via Palomino, according to a police report.

Upon arrival, Flores-Weekly was arrested for public intoxication, felony vandalism and spousal battery, the report said.

Her 51-year-old husband was inside the home at the time of the disturbance and the suspect told police she committed the act of vandalism because her partner would not talk to her, said police Sgt. spokesman Kerry Harris.
