Tuesday, May 24

12:07 p.m., 20 High School Ct: Carly Anne Weiss was cited for possessing a fake driver's license.

Midnight, Constitution Avenue and Daves Avenue: Danphuong V. Nguyen was stopped for a vehicle code violation and assumed her sister's identity to avoid prosecution for driving with a suspended license. She eventually admitted the lie and was cited. The vehicle was impounded.

7:40 a.m., Los Gatos Boulevard and Wheeler Avenue: A traffic collision occurred, resulting in major injuries.

3:52 p.m., 245 W. Main St: A purse was found.

8:16 p.m., Blossom Hill Road and SB Highway 17: An incident involving mental health was reported. After A a 30-year-old San Jose man threatened to jump from the Blossom Hill Road bridge into Highway 17 traffic. He was later talked out of jumping by Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Officer, David Gregg, at  around 8:30 p.m.

3:14 a.m., Knowles Dr. and Dardanelli Ln: Michael Earl Hames was cited for having expired registration and displaying a false registration tab on his vehicle.

4:24 p.m., 219 Ambassador Ct: An incident involving mental health occurred.

Friday, May 27

12:11 p.m., 180 Belwood Gateway: A burglary was reported.

1:29 p.m., 20 S Santa Cruz Ave: A man left the premises without paying for the food and beverage he consumed.

5:39 p.m., 14650 Eastview Dr: A vehicle was vandalized.

7:36 p.m., 15734 Los Gatos Blvd: Three suspects distracted the clerk at Radio Shack while a fourth stole three pre-paid cell phones totaling $539.97.

10:36 p.m., Pennsylvania Ave: Luke Llewellyn Twomey was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.

Saturday, May 28

1:54 a.m., 20 Elm St: Stolen license plates were recovered off a vehicle.

3:19 a.m., 41 Miles Ave: Kristin Robert Smith was arrested for being drunk in public.

6:06 a.m., 15400 Winchester Blvd: An incident of petty theft was reported.

6:09 a.m., 101 Oakland Pl: An incident of vandalism was reported. Five juveniles were seen leaving an area where smoke was observed. The fire was extinguished.

1:25 p.m., 200 Winchester Ct: A vehicle was reported to have been stolen by the owner's son, who eventually returned it after two days.

6:21 p.m., Lark Ave. and Los Gatos Blvd: After reports of a suspicious subject standing in the roadway, Daniel Francis Murphy was arrested after police found him to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

10:34 p.m., 600 N. Santa Cruz Ave: William Cutler Cole was cited for possession of marijuana.

11:28 p.m., 14675 Winchester Blvd: A physical altercation occurred.
