Police Report Slight Increase in Los Gatos/Monte Sereno DUI Arrests

There have been 33 driving under the influence citations issued for the time period of Jan. 1-April 8, 2013, according to police.

For the period of Jan. 1, 2013 to April 8, 2013, there have been a total of 33 driving under the influence arrests in the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno area, according to police.

For the same time period last year, however, there were 30 DUI arrest reports, according to the data, an increase of just three incidents this past quarter.

"There has not been a significant increase from last year when you look at DUI reports for the year," said Los Gatos/Monte Sereno police Sgt. spokesman Michael D’Antonio.
