  • Julian Perez, 29, of Mountain View, May 17, 9:45 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Superior Court in Palo Alto, 270 Grant Ave., for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, driving while unlicensed and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher.
  • Ian Raymond, 32, of Cupertino, May 15, 5:40 p.m., at Bollinger Road and Jackson Avenue in Cupertino, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked, suspended license, tabs attached to rear plate and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.
  • Maria Villela, 22, of San Jose, March 1, 12:45 a.m., at Stelling and Homestead roads in Cupertino, for having a suspended license and using a wireless telephone device while driving.
  • Rufino Lozano Perez, 37, of San Jose, May 12, 8:55 a.m., at Saratoga at Cox Avenue in Saratoga, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
  • Jairo Garcia, 20, of Santa Clara, May 13, 7:50 p.m., at Prospect Road and Lawrence Expressway in Saratoga, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and having an expired registration.

Under the Influence

  • Branden Gains, 31, of Gilroy, May 17, 10:30 a.m., at the South County Courthouse, 301 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • Sean Hyland, 24, of Mountain View, May 18, 9:57 a.m., at Great Mall Drive and Great Mall Parkway in Milpitas, for using or being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $36,000.

Angela Montoya, 49, of Campbell, May 17, 7:35 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Stelling Road in Cupertino, for rearrest for probation violation, petty theft with specified priors and first-degree burglary.

Battery

Melody Khorram, 55, of Cupertino, May 18, 12:30 a.m., at Stanford Place in Cupertino, for battery with serious bodily injury. Bail set at $100,000.

Revocation of Postrelease Supervision

Brian Atkins, 34, of Cupertino, May 18, 8:30 a.m., at Barnhart Avenue and Culbertson Drive in Cupertino, for revocation of post-release supervision.

Contempt of Court

  • Donald Paul, 58, of Santa Cruz, May 18, 9:30 a.m., at 701 S. Able Street in Milpitas, for contempt of court. Bail set at $200,000.
  • Danny Gutierrez, 51, of River City, May 18, 9:30 a.m., at 701 S. Able Street in Milpitas, for contempt of court. Bail set at $25,000.

DUI

  • Randall Lane, 47, of Gilroy, May 18, 10:55 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diane Ave., for driving under the influence.
  • Marcel Lucero, 24, of Ceres, May 18, 9:30 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, 301 Diane Ave., for driving under the influence.
Domestic Violence

Cheryl Dare, 54, of Cupertino, May 18, 3:30 p.m., at 20600 Rodrigues in Cupertino, for inflicting corporal injury on spouse or cohabitant. Bail set at $25,000.

Accessory After the Fact

Niama Vines, 28, of Gilroy, May 18, 7:50 p.m., at 150 W. Hedding and San Pedro streets in San Jose, for assisting a perpetrator after he/she has committed a felony and evading a police officer while in vehicle.
