On April 3, 1 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office in San Jose, 55 Younger Ave., Riki Cisneroz, 26, self surrendered on two outstanding warrants for perjury and fraud in obtaining Aid to Families with Dependent Children and food stamps.

Barton Williams, 49, 1:35 a.m., April 3, at 751 So. Bascom Ave., for two misdemeanors related to entering lands under cultivation or enclosed by fence, belonging to, or occupied by, another; possession of liquor on public hospital and parole violation.

Jennifer Williams, 39, 11:40 p.m., April 2, of Gilroy, 1st Street and Kern Avenue, in Gilroy, for a misdemeanor related to use or being under the influence of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of paraphernalia. Bail set at $16,000.

Mark Light, 46, 11:45 p.m., April 2, of Gilroy, 1st Street and Kern Avenue, in Gilroy, for a misdemeanor related to use or being under the influence of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor unlawful possession of paraphernalia. Bail set at $16,000.

Public Intoxication

Jeanette Gardner, 43, 1:36 a.m., April 3, of Morgan Hill, Monterey and 8th Street, in Gilroy, for multiple warrant misdemeanors for public intoxication and being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or controlled substance.

Under the Influence/Resisting Arrest

Lindsay Heinzen, 23, April 3, 5:35 a.m., of Gilroy, Monterey and San Martin, in Gilroy, for two misdemeanors related to using or being under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting, delaying or obstructing an arrest. Bail set at $6,000.

Fraud

Michelle Willis, 44, April 3, 9:30 a.m., of San Jose, 190 W. Hedding St. in San Jose, for fraud in obtaining AFDC and food stamps.

Driving With Privileges Suspended or Revoked

Angela Bojorquez, 33, April 3, 9:30 a.m., of San Jose, self-surrendered at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 Younger Ave., in San Jose, for warrants related to driving with a revoked or suspended license and making an unsafe turn.

Charles Washington, 56, April 3, 9:50 a.m., of San Jose, 190 W. Hedding St. in San Jose, for driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher.

Resisting, Delaying, or Obstructing Officer

Patrick Samuels, 24, April 3, 10 a.m., of Sunnyvale, self-surrendered at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 Younger Ave., in San Jose, for resisting, delaying or obstructing a peace officer. Bail set at $5,000.

Vehicle Code Violations

Valente Rivas, 26, April 3, 10:30 a.m., of Fremont, 190 W. Hedding St. in San Jose, for four vehicle code violations related to failing to provide financial responsibility for the vehicle, suspended license, two DUIs that have occurred within 10 years of three or more separate similar violations. Bail set at $100,000.

Loitering for the Purpose of Engaging in a Prostitution Offense

Samantha Priolo, 21, April 3, 11 a.m., of Sacramento, 190 W. Hedding St. in San Jose, for loitering for the purpose of engaging in a prostitution offense.

Under the Influence/Suspended License

Ronald Dowse, 50, April 3, 10:15 a.m., of Scotts Valley, was arrested at the Santa Cruz County Jail for two outstanding warrants for using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and a suspended license. Bail set at $20,000.

DUI

Monica Perez, 21, April 3, 11:50 a.m., of Watsonville, was arrested at the Santa Cruz County Jail for an outstanding warrant for driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 or higher.

Unlicensed Driver/Grand Theft

Anthony Disraeli, 25, April 3, 10:15 a.m., of Ben Lomond, was arrested at the Santa Cruz County Jail for two outstanding warrants related to driving while unlicensed, a misdemeanor; and grand theft of personal property, a felony.

Possession/Under the Influence of Controlled Substance

Jeffrey Leong, 41, April 3, 10:30 a.m., of San Jose, was arrested in San Jose, for two felonies related to possession of a controlled substance and possession of drugs/alcohol in prison/jail and a misdemeanor for using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Constantino Mendoza, 23, April 3, 10:15 a.m., of San Jose, was arrested at the Santa Cruz County Jail for two outstanding warrants related to a misdemeanor for use/being under the influence of a controlled substance and a felony for possession of narcotics/controlled substance. Bail was set at $25,000.

Assault With Deadly Weapon

Hieu Bui, 33, April 3, 10:15 a.m., of San Jose, arrested at 190 W. Hedding Street, in San Jose, for a felony assault with a deadly weapon charge.
