Petty Theft

  • Monica Ledesma, 34, of Hollister, Sept. 11, 9 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor petty theft.
  • Renee Infantino, 46, of Saratoga, Sept. 5, 6:09 p.m., at 10150 No. Wolfe Rd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property.
  • Jesse Witteveen, 39, of Santa Clara, Sept. 8, 3:43 p.m., at 20955 Stevens Creek Blvd. in Cupertino, for misdemeanor petty theft of personal property.

Hit-And-Run

  • Myrna Gluck, 79, of Saratoga, Sept. 11, 8:50 a.m., at 13724 Saratoga Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor hit-and-run and misdemeanor driving under the influence. Bail set at $10,000.
  • Ismael Villa, 33, of Morgan Hill, Sept. 12, 9:12 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license.

  • Eduard Diaz, 42, of Gilroy, Sept. 11, 10 a.m., at 1st Street and Wren Avenue in Gilroy, for misdemeanor possession of narcotics paraphernalia and theft of personal property and felony first-degree burglary. Bail set at $12,000.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Willie Brister, 23, of East Palo Alto, Sept. 11, 11:35 a.m., at 300 Bradford Street and Winslow, city designation as OC, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked. Bail set at $10,000.
  • Jose Curup, 38, of San Jose, Sept. 12, 5:25 a.m., at Highway 280 and El Monte in Los Altos, for infractions due to being an unlicensed driver, possession of marijuana in vehicle and possession of open container while in vehicle, misdemeanor driving under the influence and felony possession of controlled substance. Bail set at $23,000.
  • Ian Ryamond, 32, of Cupertino, Sept. 12, 11:30 a.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked, suspended license and infractions for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and tabs not being attached to rear plate. Bail set at $10,000.

  • Guillermo Villasana, 33, of Hollister, Sept. 11, 3 p.m., 99 Notre Dame in San Jose, for misdemeanor contempt of court.

Trespassing

  • Ismael Dominguez, 33, of Gilroy, Sept. 11, 10:15 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor entering a non-commercial dwelling and aggravated trespassing in entering non-commercial building. Bail set at $5,000.

DUI

  • Cary Shively, 50, of Campbell, Sept. 11, 4:10 p.m., at 51 Curtner Ave. in San Jose, for DUI.
  • Michael Buchanan, 67, of Sunnyvale, Sept. 11, 3:20 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Courthouse in Palo Alto, for DUI.
  • Michelle Kent, 43, of San Jose, Sept. 12, 2 a.m., at Highland and Handiwl in San Martin, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and felony possession of controlled substance.
  • David Santos, 27, of Campbell, Sept. 12, 12 noon, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor DUI.
  • Lynn Lehan, 47, of Cupertino, Sept. 12, 4:30 p.m., at De Anza and Stevens Creek boulevards in Cupertino, for DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

Court Order Violation

  • Merrill Adams, 72, of Gilroy, Sept. 11, 9 p.m., at 9755 New Ave. in Gilroy, for misdemeanor rearrest due to probation revocation and violation of court order to prevent domestic violence.

Parole Hold

  • Christopher Michael, 57, of Lake Tahoe, Sept. 11, 9:11 p.m., at Hecker Pass and Pole Line in Gilroy, for felony parole hold.

Sex Offender Registration Violation

  • Anthony Cadile, 53, of San Martin, Sept. 11, 11 p.m., at 8th Street and Monterey in Gilroy, for misdemeanor failing to re-register within five working days from release from incarceration, placement or commitment, or release on probation. Bail set at $5,000.
  • Michael Borbon, 44, of Gilroy, Sept. 12, 2:30 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for felony failing to register as a sex offender. Bail set at $60,000.

Possession

  • Ruby Luna, 26, of San Jose, Sept. 12, 5:25 a.m., at Highway 280 and El Monte in Los Altos, for felony possession of controlled substance and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $15,000.
  • Michael Jeske, 41, of Gilroy, Sept. 12, 10:35 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $100,000.

Illegal Weapon

  • Fabian Schmidt, 22, of Morgan Hill, Dec. 27, 2011, 7 p.m., at Sheila and Sycamore avenues in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor carrying a concealed firearm in vehicle.

Involuntary Manslaughter

  • Fernando Minero, 24, of Gilroy, Sept. 12, 3 p.m., San Diego County via Los Angeles County, for felony involuntary manslaughter. Bail set at $50,000.

Battery

  • Shane Suarez, 56, of Gilroy, Sept. 12, 2:15 p.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for misdemeanor battery against spouse, cohabitant.
  • Michael Thomas, 32, of East Palo Alto, Sept. 12, 3:15 p.m., in San Mateo County, for misdemeanor battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance.
  • Richardo Badillo, 42, of San Martin, Sept. 12, 11:15 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor battery against spouse, cohabitant or fiance.
  • Gerard Retamoso, 71, of Saratoga, Sept. 7, 10:05 a.m., at 13777 Fruitvale Ave. in Saratoga, for misdemeanor assault and battery.
