Sheriff's Arrests: Grand Theft, Burglary Tools

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office's arrest and booking reports for July 13, 2012. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Grand Theft 

  • Mae Gardina, 61, of Milpitas, July 13, 10:50 a.m., at 190 West Hedding St. in San Jose, for a felony involving grand theft by an employee or agent. 

Probation Violation

  • Mark Hawke, 44, of Cupertino, July 13, 11:17 p.m., at Loree Avenue in Cupertino, for a felony warrant and rearrest.

Under the Influence

  • Frank Martinez, 48, of Campbell, July 13, 12:10 p.m., at a booking parking lot in San Jose, for a misdemeanor involving being under the influence of a controlled substance. Bail set at $5,000.
  • Dario Garcia, 49, of Campbell, July 13, 1:10 a.m., at 22100 Steven Creek Blvd. inCupertino, for two misdemeanors involving driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher and driving under the influence. 
  • Maurisa Osorio, 25, of Morgan Hill, July 13, 11:30 a.m., at 301 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for a misdemeanor involving driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher. 

Possession

  • Miguel Sandoval, 36, of Gilroy, July 13, 9:35 a.m., at 190 West Hedding Street in San Jose, for a health and safety code violation regarding the transfer, sales and/or furnishing of a controlled substance. 
  • Michelle Beemer, 28, of Saratoga, July 13, 2:52 p.m., at 270 Grant Avenue in Palo Alto, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked, possession of burglary tools, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and unsafe starting or stopping. Bail set at $17,500.

Vandalism

  • Anthony Corral, 35, of Gilroy, July 13, 11:45 a.m., at 301 Diana Ave. in Morgan Hill, for a misdemeanor involving vandalism of less than $400. Bail set at $15,000.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Juan Quirozlopez, 24, of Morgan Hill, July 13, 4:05 p.m., at De Anza Boulevard and Highway 280 in Cupertino, for two vehicle code citations involving driving with privileges suspended or revoked and disobeying a sign. 
  • Stephan Boles, 49, of Oakland, July 13, 2:45 p.m., at Stevens Creek Boulevard and Highway 85 in Cupertino, for two vehicle code citations involving failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility and driving with privileges suspended or revoked. 
  • James Riordan, 46, of San Jose, July 13, 3:50 a.m., at Quito Road and Cox Avenue inSaratoga, for two vehicle code citations involving driving with privileges suspended or revoked and driving with a suspended license. 
  • Maurice Bemore, 31, of San Jose, July 13, 4:50 p.m., at State Route 85 N and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for two vehicle code citations involving incorrectly displaying license plates and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
