Assault/Battery

  • Andre Salas, 20, of Cupertino, May 29, 1:40 p.m., at 1st and Component in San Jose, for exhibiting a deadly weapon, vandalism of more than $50,000 in damages, threats to commit crime resulting in injury and assault and battery.
  • Jose Hernandez, 24, of Gilroy, May 30, 11:30 a.m., at 170 Park in San Jose, for battery against spouse/cohabitant/fiance. Bail set at $10,000.
  • Jordan Miller, 18, of Sunnyvale, May 28, 3 p.m., at 10123 No. Wolfe Rd. in Cupertino, for assault and battery.
  • Phillip Winn, 64, of Cupertino, May 5, 2:30 p.m., at Voss Avenue in Cupertino, for battery.

Sex Offender on School Building/School Ground

Robert Espanol, 48, of Cupertino, May 22, 1:11 p.m., Cupertino High School, 10100 Finch Ave., for being a sex offender and re-entering or coming to the school building/ground within seven days of being asked to leave.

Vehicle Code Violations

Elena Hernandez, 21, of Milpitas, May 29, 10:15 a.m., at W. Hedding Street and Guadalupe in San Jose, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Geraldo Betancourt, 35, of San Martin, May 29, 11:30 a.m., at the Merced County Jail, for driving with privileges suspended or revoked, driving with a suspended license and vandalism less than $400. Bail set at $30,000.

Francisco Gomez, 26, of San Jose, March 15, 4:35 p.m., at De Anza Boulevard and Highway 280 in Cupertino, for driving with suspended or revoked license.

Fabrice Ortiz, 38, of San Jose, May 26, 3:35 p.m., at Saratoga and Campbell in Saratoga for driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Under the Influence

  • Cheryl Weeks, 31, of Morgan Hill, May 29, 10:24 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for using or being under the influence. Bail set at $15,000.
  • Roger Mays, 44, of San Jose, May 29, 12 p.m., at Hamilton and Bascom avenues in Campbell, for being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substance. Bail set at $250.
  • Carlos Duran, 19, of Sunnyvale, May 30, 3:15 p.m., at the Palo Alto Courthouse, 270 Grant Ave., for vandalism less than $400 and using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.
  • Jose Osorio, 2, of Milpitas, May 30, 7:15 p.m., at 2nd and St. John in San Jose, for being under the influence of alcohol/drugs/controlled substance and obstruction/resisting an officer. Bail set at $10,250.

Possession

Terry Eagle, 50, of Mountain View, May 29, 11:50 a.m., at the Palo Alto Courthouse, 270 Grant Ave., for possession of a controlled substance for sale and transporting/selling, furnishing a controlled substance.

Vuk Mitrovic, 21, of Sunnyvale, May 29, 1 p.m., at Mcclellan and Bubb roads in Cupertino, for possession of narcotics/controlled substance. Bail set at $10,000.

Darya Goron, 31, of Los Gatos, May 29, 3:45 p.m., at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave., in San Jose, for selling or aiding in selling stolen property, driving with privileges suspended or revoked, possession of controlled substance.

DUI

  • Shane Barclay, 45, of Morgan Hill, May 29, 3:15 a.m., at 200 W. Hedding St. in San Jose, for DUI and driving with a suspended license.
  • Michael Castellano, 22, of Campbell, May 29, 9:15 p.m., at 2160 So. Bascom Ave. in Campbell, for DUI, driving while unlicensed, driving under the influence and re-arrest, probation violation.
  • Max Niehaus, 20, of San Martin, May 30, 9:25 a.m., at the South County Courthouse in Morgan Hill, for DUI.

Parole Hold

Robert Hultsman, 55, of Gilroy, may 29, 7 p.m., at Travel Park and Monterey Street in Gilroy, for parole hold violation.
