Police Log: Online Fraud, Man Caught With Burglary Tools, Teens High on Marijuana

The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department. The incidents are for the period of Sept. 19-22.

Vehicle Code Violation: 1:13 a.m. Sept. 19 at Quito and Pollard roads, a 24-year-old man was cited for driving with a suspended license.
Vehicle Code Violation: 1:29 a.m. Sept. 19 at Winchester Boulevard and Lark Avenue, a 39-year-old man was cited for driving with a suspended license.
Fraud: 11:55 a.m. Sept. 19 on Harwood Court, an online business was the victim of fraud when a buyer purchased good with a fake credit card.
Petty Theft: 1:28 p.m. Sept. 19 at R.J. Fisher Middle School, a juvenile stole a wallet from another student, but the wallet and the student were eventually reunited.
Petty Theft: 12:58 p.m. Sept. 19 on University Avenue, a woman reported a theft from her residence.
Stolen Vehicle: 1:39 p.m. Sept. 19 at 110 E. Main St.
Property Damage Accident: 7:25 p.m. Sept. 19 at University Avenue and Towne Terrace, Two cars were involved in an accident
Warrant Service: 8:45 p.m. Sept. 19 at 101 Arroyo Grande Way, a 43-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on an outstanding warrant out of San Jose Police Department.
Warrant Service: 9:29 p.m. Sept. 19 at the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Operations Building, a 31-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on two outstanding Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office warrants.
Auto Burglary: 9:01 a.m. Sept. 20 at 615 Blossom Hill Rd.
Property Damage Accident: 1:15 p.m. Sept. 20 at Capri and Knowles drives, an unidentified person was cited for not having proof of insurance and no driver's license.
Missing Juvenile: 3:40 p.m. Sept. 20 at Los Gatos High School, 20 High School Court, a missing juvenile was reported from EMQ FamiliesFirst.
Residential Burglary: 4:29 p.m. Sept. 20 on Blossom Hill Road, unknown suspects entered the victim's residence without consent stealing property and fleeing the scene.
Found Property: 6:12 p.m. Sept. 20 on Oak Hill Way, a license plate was located at Oak Hill Way and was returned to a vehicle that was stolen out of San Jose on Sept. 19.
Burglary Tools: 4:12 p.m. Sept. 21 at 720 Blossom Hill Road, police responded to investigate a report of a 29-year-old man near Lunardi's Supermarket who was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for possession of burglary tools.
Possession: 1:26 a.m. Sept. 22 at Pollard and Burrows roads, two men, ages 32 and 33, were arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail after their vehicle was stopped for code violations and they were charged with various unspecified crimes.
Warrant Service: 2:51 a.m. at the Los Gatos Parks and Public Works Service Center, 41 Miles Ave., a man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on an outstanding warrant out of Oakland Police Department.
DUI: 1:41 p.m. Sept. 22 at Charmeran and Union avenues, a 56-year-old woman was arrested for DUI and resisting arrest.
Petty Theft: 4:11 p.m. Sept. 22 at Whole Foods, 15980 Los Gatos Blvd., a 55-year-old woman was cited and released for petty theft.
Possession: 4 p.m. Sept. 22 at Santa Rosa Drive and Auzerais Court, two juveniles were found in possession and under the influence of marijuana.
