Police Log: Man Arrested For Being Drunk in Public, Resisting Arrest, Battery on Officer

The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police. The incidents are for the period of Nov. 21-23, 2013.

Stolen Vehicle: 3:49 p.m. Nov. 21 on Los Gatos Boulevard
Recovered Stolen Vehicle: 4:54 p.m. Nov. 21 on University Avenue
Vandalism: 1:16 p.m. Nov. 23 on Madrone Avenue
Vehicle Tampering: 2:28 p.m. Nov. 23 on Los Gatos-Almaden Road, a victim called to report a license plate had been stolen.
Mental Health: 9:30 p.m. Nov. 23 at an undisclosed location
Outstanding Warrant: 8:56 p.m. Nov. 22 on Shelburne Way and University Avenue, a 60-year-old man was cited and released for an out-of-county warrant.
Commercial Burglary: 12:09 a.m. Nov. 23 on University Avenue
Found Property: 9:46 a.m. Nov. 23 on North Santa Cruz Avenue
Public Intoxication: 2 a.m. Nov. 24 at 15 No. Santa Cruz Ave., a 26-year-old man was placed under arrest for being drunk in public, resisting arrest and battery on a police officer.
Found Property: 12:36 p.m. Nov. 22 on High School Court
Missing Juvenile: 7:21 p.m. Nov. 22 at an undisclosed location
Hit-And-Run: 3:27 p.m. Nov. 24 at Hicks and Shannon roads, a 20-year-old man was arrested following a hit-and-run accident.
Stolen Vehicle: 4:11 p.m. Nov. 24 on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road
DUI: 12:50 a.m. Nov. 22 at Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and San Benito Avenue, a 22-year-old man was arrested for misdemeanor DUI.
Liquor/Tobacco Violation: 10:25 p.m. Nov. 24 on Pollard Road
Stolen Vehicle: 1:28 a.m. Nov. 23 on Monterey Avenue
Vehicle Tow: 9:55 a.m. Nov. 23 on Kennedy Road
Warrant Service: 8:31 a.m. Nov. 23 on University Avenue
