Police Log: 'Invasive Peeping,' Harassing Phone Calls

The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department. The incidents are for the period of Oct. 9-11, 2013.

Disorderly Conduct: 8:20 p.m. Oct. 9 on Millbrae Lane, a report was taken for disorderly conduct involving the use of a camera for invasive peeping.
Vehicle Tow: 9:44 p.m. Oct. 5 on Towne Terrace
Property Damage Accident: 2:54 p.m. Oct. 9 on Los Gatos Boulevard
Vandalism: 12:40 p.m. Oct. 10 on Ridgecrest Avenue, online report
Petty Theft: 1:06 p.m. Oct. 10 on No. Santa Cruz Avenue, online report
Vandalism: 1:45 p.m. Oct. 10 on Lora Drive, online report
Assaults: 3:09 p.m. Oct. 10 on W. Parr Avenue
Harassment: 4:38 p.m. Oct. 10 on So. Santa Cruz Avenue, harassing phone calls were reported
Possession: 8:30 p.m. Oct. 10 on Blossom Hill Road, a 43-year-old woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription after a search was conducted revealing she was on probation. She was also found with a wallet and a cell phone that were determined to have been stolen.
Hit-And-Run: 1:36 p.m. Oct. 10 on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road
Property Damage Accident: 10:37 a.m. Oct. 10 at Winchester Boulevard and Wimbledon Drive
Suspended License: 9:51 p.m. Oct. 10 on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and University Avenue, a woman was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Minor Injury Accident: 11:54 a.m. Oct. 11 at Los Gatos Boulevard and Gateway Drive
Arrest Warrant: 7:03 p.m. Oct. 13 on Loma Alta Avenue, two men, ages 22 and 52, were arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for various charges, including felony warrants, evading arrest, probation violation and possession of paraphernalia and illegal weapons.
Outstanding Warrant: 4 p.m. Oct. 13 at the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Operations Building on Los Gatos Boulevard, an 18-year-old young man was cited and released for two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
Found Property: 3:30 p.m Oct. 13 on So. Santa Cruz Avenue
Vandalism: 4:23 p.m. Oct. 11 on Los Gatos-Almaden Road
Residential Burglary: 1:05 p.m. Oct. 11 on Withey Road in Monte Sereno
Vandalism: 11:14 a.m. Oct. 11 on E. Main Street
