Police Log: Drunk Driver Crashes in Northeast Los Gatos

The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police. The incidents are for the period of Nov. 3-6, 2013.

Warrant Service: 1:42 a.m. Nov. 3 on Winchester Circle, a 30-year-old man was cited and released for an outstanding warrant.
DUI Accident: 2:50 a.m. Nov. 3 at Blossom Dale Drive and Nimrick Lane, a 20-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail after being involved in a vehicle collision and being determined to have been driving under the influence of alcohol.
Suspended License: 11:31 p.m. Nov. 3 at Winchester Boulevard and Wimbledon Drive.
Possession: 9:17 p.m. Nov. 4 at Regent Drive and Regent Court, an 18-year-old young man was cited and released for possession of marijuana.
Bike Theft: 2:52 p.m. Nov. 4 on Short Road, bicycles and a scooter are reported stolen
Bike Theft: 9:31 a.m. Nov. 4 on Calle El Padre, online report
Auto Burglary: 9:17 a.m. Nov. 4 on Winchester Boulevard, online report
Residential Burglary: 8:15 a.m. Nov. 4 on Shady Lane
Mental Health: 4:39 p.m. Nov. 5 on Massol Avenue
Warrant Service: 2:28 p.m. Nov. 5 on Leewood Court
Trespassing: 12:48 a.m. Nov. 5 on University Avenue, a 23-year-old man was located in a closed office building and was arrested for trespassing and released with a citation.
DUI: 1:53 a.m. Nov. 5 on Los Gatos Boulevard and Stacia Street, a 38-year-old man was arrested for DUI.
Possession: 11:06 a.m. Nov. 6 on De Soto Drive and National Avenue, a 44-year-old man was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Residential Burglary: 2:09 p.m. Nov. 6 on Saratoga Los Gatos Road in Monte Sereno
Found Property: 4:02 p.m. Nov. 6 on West Main Street
