Police Log: Assault, Criminal Threats, Trespassing, Thefts

The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police. The incidents are for the period of Nov. 10-12.

Commercial Burglary: 8:13 a.m. Nov. 10 on Blossom Hill Road
Missing Juvenile: 3:18 p.m. Nov. 10 on Longridge Road
Assault/Domestic Violence: 5:04 p.m. Nov. 10 on La Montagne Court, a 55-year-old man was arrested after police say he grabbed and pushed his victim causing minor injury and complaint of pain.
Criminal Threats: 7:35 a.m. Nov. 11 on Los Gatos Boulevard
Identity Theft: 10:38 a.m. Nov. 11 on De Soto Drive
Possession: 11:01 a.m. Nov. 11 on La Montagne Court
Missing Juvenile: 1:14 p.m. Nov. 11 on Loma Alta Avenue
Identity Theft: 5:15 p.m. Nov. 11 on Albert Court
Grand Theft: 5:23 p.m. Nov. 11 on Linda Avenue
Assault: 5:19 p.m. Nov. 11 on Gregg Drive
Property Damage Accident: 7:36 a.m. Nov. 8 on Granada Way
Criminal Threats: 4:59 p.m. Nov. 10 on Rushmore Lane
Lost Property: 8:23 a.m. Nov. 12 at 15 So. Santa Cruz Ave., a backpack containing books, papers and cell phone was reported stolen.
Vehicle Tow: 9:34 a.m. Nov. 12 on Jackson Street
Trespassing: 10:30 a.m. Nov. 12 on University Avenue, a 23-year-old man was arrested, cited and released for trespassing into private property. The suspect had been previously cited for trespassing upon the property and was given a verbal notice to not return.
Grand Theft: 12 p.m. Nov. 12 on Monterey Avenue
Warrant: 11:35 a.m. Nov. 12 on Sierra, a 37-year-old man was cited and released on a San Jose Police Department warrant.
Minor Injury Accident: 2:40 p.m. Nov. 12 at 100 Winchester Circle
Suspended License: 3:09 p.m. Nov. 12 on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road, a 52-year-old man was arrested for driving with a suspended license.
Assault/Domestic Violence: 5:05 p.m. Nov. 12 at unknown location
Petty Theft: 5:12 p.m. Nov. 12 on Los Gatos Boulevard, a 47-year-old woman was arrested for petty theft at Whole Foods.
Grand Theft: 7:27 p.m. Nov. 12 on Villa Avenue, a laptop computer was reported stolen.
