Men Arrested in Los Gatos Mountains For Possession, Corporal Injury

Other charges include felony parole violation and possession of paraphernalia.

Two men were arrested by Santa Clara County sheriff's deputies earlier this month for felony possession and felony corporal injury within seven years of a previous similar conviction.

In the first incident, Los Gatos resident Joel Dunno, 42, was taken into custody at 1:37 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 24197 Summit Rd. for felony parole violation, felony giving, selling, or transporting 28.5 grams, or one ounce, of marijuana and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

In the second incident, 24-year-old William Gocke was arrested at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9 at Summit Road and Highway 17 for felony inflicting corporal injury on a spouse, former spouse, cohabitant, former cohabitant, or the mother of his child within seven years of a previous conviction.

Gocke's bail amount was set at $25,000.

If found guilty of the crime, Gocke could be punished to two, three, or four years in a state prison, or in a county jail for not more than one year, or by a fine of up to $10,000, or by both that imprisonment and fine, according to the California Penal Code.
