Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man who suffers from dementia.
Stanley Jacobson, 69, was last seen at about 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 5 by a neighbor at his home on Ironwood Drive, according to San Jose police.
Jacobson, who was reported missing by his family on Feb. 18, does not know how to read or write and left his wallet and identification at home, police said.
He might be driving a tan 1996 Ford Taurus with the California license plate No. 3PQF984, according to police.
Police said Jacobson could be in the company of a 46-year-old woman named Regina Butler.
Anyone who comes into contact with Jacobson should call 911, police said.
Police are asking anyone with information about Butler to contact Detective Kelvin Pham of the San Jose Police Department's Missing Persons Unit during business hours at 408-277-4786.
