Man Suffering Dementia Missing Since Monday Afternoon

Dennis Brooks, 60, disappeared from his Cupertino home on Meteor Place Monday afternoon.

The Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office is looking for help finding a 60-year-old man suffering from dementia missing from his Cupertino home, sheriff's officials said.
          
Dennis Brooks was last seen this afternoon at about 1 p.m. at his home on Meteor Place, sheriff's officials said.

He is described as a black man, standing 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds with short black hair and a light complexion.

He was last seen wearing a white and blue Hawaiian polo shirt, blue jeans and gray shoes and may be wearing a gray sweatshirt.

Anyone with information about Brooks has been asked to call the sheriff's office at (408) 299-2311.
