Los Gatos Sheriff's Blotter, May 11-19: Drug Trafficking, Possession

A look at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Los Gatos for the period of May 11-19, 2013. The following arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

Drug Trafficking/Possession

  • Kenneth Hardwick, 49, of San Jose, 9 a.m. May 11, at Old Santa Cruz Highway and Idylwild Road in Los Gatos, for felony possession of narcotics/controlled substance, transportation, sale, furnishing controlled substance, possession of concentrated cannabis and misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving with privileges suspended. Bail set at $40,000.
  • Mark Rodriguez, 28, of French Camp, CA, 3:30 p.m. May 19, at Aldercroft Heights and Locust in Los Gatos, for felony using/being under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of narcotics/controlled substance and misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and being in possession of burglary tools. Bail set at $29,000.

Contempt of Court

  • Christopher Nichols, 34, of Mountain View, 11:30 p.m. May 13, at Summit Road and Highway 17, for misdemeanor contempt of court. Bail set at $5,500.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • Jesus Serrano, 26, of San Jose, 10 a.m. March 23, at Highway 17 and Lawrence in Los Gatos, for two infractions related to failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle, exceeding the maximum speed limit of 65 mph and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and having a driving on a suspended license.

Hit-And-Run

  • Judith Dutra, 71, of Los Gatos, 2:01 p.m. May 14, at 14510 Big Basin Way in Saratoga, for misdemeanor hit-and-run.

Domestic Violence

  • Christina Uriarte, 38, of Los Gatos, 12:50 a.m. May 19, at 21440 Geraldine Court in Los Gatos, for felony inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant. Bail set at $50,000.
