Los Gatos Sheriff's Blotter, April 16-30: Woman Gets 4th DUI

Santa Clara County Sheriff's arrests for Los Gatos for the period of April 16-30, 2013. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

  • Darla Wilson, 30, of Los Gatos, 9 a.m. April 16, 190 W. Hedding St. in San Jose, for two felony DUIs with three prior similar incidents and misdemeanor suspended license. Bail set at $100,000.

Duty to Stop at Scene of Injury Accident

  • John Sorenson, 58, of Los Gatos, 9:30 a.m. April 16, at DVI Tracy State Prison, for felony failure to stop at scene of injury accident.

  • Timothy Shriver, 24, of Santa Cruz, 11:53 p.m. April 18, at Bear Creek and Chase roads in Los Gatos, for felony giving, selling, transporting 28.5 grams of marijuana, and felony possession of marijuana, hash for sale. Bail set at $20,000.
  • Patrick Price, 20, of Los Gatos, 10:45 a.m. April 26, at Santa Clara County Superior Court drug division, 115 Terraine St. in San Jose, for felony transporting, selling, distributing a controlled substance.

Vehicle Code Violations

  • John Uht, 55, of Los Gatos, 4 p.m. April 26, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for two infractions related to driving with privileges suspended or revoked and disobeying stop requirements.
  • Martin Velazquez Diaz, 40, 4 p.m. April 28, at Bear Creek and Montevina roads, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked and an infraction for an expired registration.
