Possession

  • Cynthia Maybin, 37, of Los Gatos, 2 p.m. Nov. 5, at Pollard Drive and More in Los Gatos, for felony possession of narcotics/controlled substance and misdemeanor possession for sale of Lorazepam. Bail set at $21,000.

Under the Influence

  • Mark Schade, 49, of Los Gatos, 10:58 a.m. Nov. 6, at Santa Clara County Drug Court, 115 Terraine in Los Gatos, for misdemeanor using/being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Hit-And-Run With Injury or Death

  • Maxim Schneider, 22, of Los Gatos, 7:06 p.m. Nov. 7, at the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office, 55 W. Younger Ave. in San Jose, for misdemeanor hit-and-run with injury or death.

Battery

  • Jorge Jimenez, 26, of San Jose, 8:30 a.m. Nov. 10, at Black and Montevina roads in Los Gatos, for misdemeanor battery. Bail set at $5,000.

Vehicle Code Violation

  • Ryan Cochell, 31, of Santa Cruz, 5 p.m. Sept. 20, at Highway 9 and Austin Way in Los Gatos, for misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.

Motorcycle Fire

  • A motorcycle crashed on Bear Creek Road in Los Gatos and caught on fire at 6:06 p.m. Nov. 8. Property loss was estimated at $1,000.
