DUI

• Sanjay Priyadarshi, 42, of Saratoga, Sept. 20, 1:08 a.m., at Paseo Presada and Martha Avenue, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.
• Chang Eem, 44, of Saratoga, Sept. 22, 1:03 a.m., at Highway 85 and Fremont in Los Gatos, for misdemeanor DUI. Bail set at $5,000.

Vehicle Code Violations

• Frank Zamora, 40, of Los Gatos, Sept. 20, 10:30 a.m., at 150 W. Hedding Street in San Jose, for driving when privilege is suspended or revoked and driving without lights. Bail set at $2,500.
• Benjamin Wheeler, 39, of Los Gatos, Sept. 19, 9:01 a.m., at Foothill and Palm in Cupertino, for improper display of license plates, failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Maarjan Farzaneh, 29, of San Jose, Sept. 17, 8:20 a.m., at Prospect Road and Saraglen Drive, for driving without due caution and driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Salvador Garcia, 32, of Capitola, Sept. 18, 5:05 p.m., at Highway 85 and Saratoga Avenue in Saratoga, for using wireless telephone device while driving, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle.
• Brian Bitney, 61, of Saratoga, July 10, 8:50 a.m., at De Anza Boulevard and Mariani Avenue in Cupertino, for failure to cover a load and misdemeanor driving with privileges suspended or revoked.
• Robert Davis, 27, of Modesto, Sept. 19, 2:59 p.m., at Prospect Road and Saraglen Drive, for failing to provide evidence of financial responsibility of vehicle and misdemeanor suspended license, driving with privileges suspended or revoked and unlawful registration with intent to avoid compliance with requirements.

Possession

• Justin Youngblood, 28, of San Jose, Sept. 20, 9:15 p.m., at Quito Road and Saratoga Avenue, for felony possession of concentrated cannabis. Bail set at $5,000.
