An underage drinking party in town with an unknown amount of teens was broken up last Sunday by Los Gatos Monte Sereno police with its host being cited.
According to a police dispatcher, two officers were called at 2:20 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 6 about a noise complaint at a residence on Roxbury Lane.
Upon arrival, cops found the party "where there were obvious individuals under the age of 21, with alcohol being served," according to a police report.
Rod Schuyler Chacon, 20, was cited for the municipal code offense and the party was shut down, the report added.
All the juveniles left with sober drivers through the SafeRides program after police busted that celebration.
