Wednesday, Sept. 7
9:28 a.m., 453 N. Santa Cruz Ave.: Food was reported stolen in an incident of grand theft.
12:28 p.m., 17568 Blanchard Dr.: A married couple reported that they had been the victims of bank fraud.

Monday, Sept. 12
7:54 a.m., 105 Oak Rim Ct.: After a vehicle window was smashed, items of clothing were reported to be stolen from inside.

9:25 a.m., 14160 Blossom Hill Rd.: A jewelry store was reported to be burglarized. No suspects have been found.
10:08 a.m., 104 Jamie Ct.: Robert Michael Moffat was arrested on suspicion of burglary.
11:57 a.m., 327 Pennsylvania Ave.: A vehicle window was smashed, resulting in the theft of a briefcase and a pair of sunglasses.
Tuesday, Sept. 13
12:58 p.m., 350 Sycamore Ct: After being tricked into believing her grandson had been in an accident in Mexico, a victim wired money in an alleged incident of fraud.
Wednesday, Sept. 14
9:02 a.m., 225 Avery Ln.: A laptop computer was reported stolen from a vehicle after the window was smashed.
2:03 p.m., 14850 Oka Rd.: Money was withdrawn after an unknown suspect obtained the victim's debit card information in an alleged incident of fraud.
2:34 p.m., 100 N. Santa Cruz Ave.: Norma Gabriela Rubio Lopez was placed under citizen's arrest on suspicion of attempting to steal a sweater and a pair of sunglasses. She was later found to have a bench warrant for two counts of petty theft and was arrested.
7:28 p.m., 229 Cerro Chico: Over the course of three days, a victim was phoned at her residence and reportedly tricked into sending money to suspects via Western Union.
Thursday, Sept. 15
5:32 a.m., 15549 Union Ave.: Multiple DVDs were reported stolen from Safeway in an incident of burglary.
7:25 a.m., 346 Bella Vista Ave.: An incident of battery was reported. The suspect remains at large.
2:18 p.m., Fisher Avenue: A mental health incident occurred.
2:47 p.m., Pollard Road: A backpack was stolen from inside a vehicle after the suspect forced entry.
3:44 p.m., 109 Cherry Blossom Ln.: An incident of identity theft was reported.
Friday, Sept. 16
2:31 a.m., Hubbell Way and University Avenue: Jose Ornelas was arrested on suspicion of being drunk in public.
5:25 a.m., Pollard Road: An incident of burglary occurred.
10:23 a.m., North Santa Cruz Avenue: A wallet was reported found outside Great Bear Coffee.
1:56 p.m., Union Avenue: In an incident of fraud, Anthony Lorenzo King attempted to pass a fictitious check at Wells Fargo.
10:56 p.m., Downing Oak Court: A restraining order was violated when the suspect phoned and later turned up at the victim's residence.
Saturday, Sept. 17
3:27 p.m., Kennedy Road and Longmeadow Drive: A wallet was found in the intersection and turned in to police.
10:41 p.m., Oka Road: In an incident of domestic disturbance, a verbal argument occurred between a husband and wife.
Sunday, Sept. 18
12:25 a.m., South Santa Cruz Avenue: In an incident of assault, a woman was allegedly injured when a bar employee removed her from the bar.
12:27 a.m., Alberto Way: After responding to reports of a traffic collision, police determined Kaede Catherine Hamilton, a driver, to be under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
11:48 a.m., Milani Court: A laptop was reported stolen from inside a vehicle after a suspect forced entry.
12:12 p.m., Castlewood Drive: In an incident of attempted auto burglary, a suspect broke a rear passenger side window of a vehicle. Nothing was taken.
12:55 p.m., Fairview Plaza: License plates and vehicle parts were stolen from a truck.
10:59 p.m., Los Gatos-Almaden Road: A suspect called 911 after having a bad reaction to smoking methamphetamine. The drug was collected from the suspect's room as evidence.
