Found Property

• A bicycle was found at 8:32 p.m. Oct. 8 at Villa Avenue.
• A set of keys were found at 1:10 p.m. Oct. 10 at Pollard Road.

Lost Property

• A resident reported losing her passport at 10 a.m. Oct. 10 at Blossom Hill Road.

Car-Bike Accident

• A Toyota was reported to cut off a bicyclist causing a minor accident at 8:35 a.m. Oct. 8 at Winchester Boulevard and Knowles Drive.

Solo Car Accident

• A vehicle hit a parked trailer at 1:10 a.m. Oct. 8 at Los Gatos Boulevard and Stacia Street.

Vehicle Code Violation

• A suspect was stopped for driving with a suspended license at 11:21 p.m. Oct. 8 at Leigh Avenue and Los Gatos-Almaden Road in San Jose.

Public Intoxication

• A suspect was stopped on suspicion of public intoxication at 4:35 p.m. Oct. 8 at Pollard Road and La Corona Court.

Fraud

• A resident reported his credit cards were fraudulently used at 9:16 a.m. Oct. 9 at University Avenue.

Auto Burglary

• A resident reported an auto burglary occurred between 8:30 p.m. Oct. 8 and 8 a.m. Oct. 9 at Loma Alta Avenue.
• An online report of auto burglary was made at 7:52 p.m. Oct. 2 at Lyndon Avenue.
• An online report of auto burglary was made at 6:51 a.m. Oct. 10 at E. Main Street and College Avenue.
• An online report of auto burglary was made at 6:54 a.m. Oct. 10 at Avery Lane.
• An online report of auto burglary was made at 11:15 a.m. Oct. 10 at Ohlone Court.

Mental Health

• A mental health incident was reported at 4:14 a.m. Oct. 9 at Los Gatos Boulevard.

Grand Theft

• An online report of grand theft was made at 6:38 a.m. Oct. 10 at Belridge Drive.
• A victim's credit card and checking accounts were fraudulently used at 3:40 p.m. Oct. 10 at University Avenue.

Petty Theft

• An online report of petty theft was made at 6:42 a.m. Oct. 10 at Via de Tesoros.
• An online report of petty theft was made at 6:48 a.m. Oct. 10 at Los Gatos-Saratoga Road.
• An online report of petty theft was made at 6:59 a.m. Oct. 10 at University Avenue.
• A resident reported bikes being taken from a garage at 5:41 p.m. Oct. 10 at Calle Larga.

Residential Burglary

• An online report of residential burglary was made at 6:44 a.m. Oct. 10 at Pinta Court.
