Assault

• A woman was assaulted at 2:22 p.m. May 13 on Union Avenue when she was approached by a man while she sat in her car. According to a Los Gatos/Monte Sereno police report, the suspect asked her personal questions and when she didn't answer him, he grabbed her by the hair. She knocked his hand away and he left the area, the report said.

• A minor injury accident between a vehicle and a bicycle was reported at 4:38 p.m. May 13 at No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Los Gato-Saratoga Road.

• Jeffrey Burrill, 47, 11:08 p.m. May 13, at Los Gatos Boulevard and Blossom Hill Road, for DUI after vehicle hit pole.

• A citizen contacted the Los Gatos/Monte Sereno Police Department and surrendered weapons for destruction at 10:15 a.m. May 14 on Walnut Hill Court.

• An incident of vandalism was reported at 4:22 p.m. May 14 in an undisclosed location.
• An incident of vandalism was reported at 8:30 a.m. May 15 in an undisclosed location.
• An incident of vandalism was reported at  8:14 a.m. May 12 on Los Gatos Boulevard.

• A woman had a Santa Clara County sheriff's traffic warrant served at the Los Gatos Police Operations Building 15900 Los Gatos Blvd. at 4:41 p.m. May 14.

• A restraining order violation was reported at 4:49 p.m. May 14 on Peralta Avenue.

• A missing juvenile was reported at 10:21 p.m. May 14.
• A missing juvenile was reported at 12:30 a.m. May 15.
• A missing adult was reported at 10:45 a.m. May 15 from W. Parr Avenue.

• A fire was reported at 4:38 p.m. May 15 at 400 No. Creek Trail in Los Gatos.

• An online report of lost property was made at 6:41 p.m. May 13 on Maggi Court.
• An online report of lost property was made at 10:27 a.m. May 13 on Farley Road.

• An online report of commercial burglary was made at 10:10 a.m. May 13 on University Avenue.

• An online report of petty theft was made at 9:35 a.m. May 11 on Los Gatos Boulevard.
• An online report of petty theft was made at 10:17 a.m. May 14 on Oak Grove Avenue.
