Los Gatos Police Blotter, March 3-4: DUI Accident on Santa Cruz Ave

The following arrest information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Petty Theft

  • A petty theft was reported at 12:39 p.m. March 2 at 200 Winchester Circle.
  • A petty theft was reported at 2:47 p.m. March 2 at University Avenue.
  • An online report of petty theft was made at 6:47 p.m. March 1 on High School Court.

DUI Accident

  • Yvonne Hastings, 43, 2:16 p.m. March 2, at 540 No. Santa Cruz Ave., was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail after being involved in a DUI  accident.

DUI

  • Logan Tyler Cooley, 25, 2:38 a.m., March 3, at E. Main Street and Pageant Way, for DUI.

Assault/Domestic Violence

  • A suspect allegedly grabbed a victim during a domestic dispute at 7:35 p.m. March 2 on College Avenue.

Public Intoxication

  • Jeffery Michael Tubolino, 31, 5:37 p.m. March 4 at 100 Villa Ave., was arrested after being too intoxicated to care for his own safety.

Vehicle Tow

  • A vehicle was towed at 3:22 a.m. March 3 at W. Main Street and Montebello Way.
  • A vehicle was towed at 8:08 a.m. March 4 at 103 Belwood Gateway.

Bike Theft

  • An online of a bike theft was made at 7:24 p.m. Feb. 28 on Blossom Hill Road.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen from Raymond J. Fisher Middle School on Fisher Avenue at 4:59 p.m. March 4.

Disturbance

  • A verbal argument was reported as a disturbance at 8:41 p.m. March 3 on Prince Street.
  • A domestic violence incident was reported at 9:41 a.m. March 5 on Winchester Boulevard.
  • An assault with a knife was reported at 11:36 a.m. March 6 on Los Gatos Boulevard.

Possession

  • Cheryl Gail Wright, 41; and Alejandro Cevallos, Jr., 42; 4:06 a.m. March 4, at Hillbrook Drive and Fairmead Lane, for possession of drug paraphernalis and driving with a suspended license, respectively.

Bike Found

  • Two bikes were found on the Los Gatos Creek Trail at 8:57 a.m. March 4.

Threats

  • A citizen reported receiving threats by phone at 4 p.m. March 4 on Los Gatos Boulevard.

Minor Injury Accident

  • A minor injury accident was reported at 5:24 p.m. March 4 at Los Gatos Boulevard and southbound Highway 85.

Grand Theft

  • A citizen's mailbox was broken into and two checks were stolen at 6:31 p.m. March 4 on Miles Avenue.
