Accident/Property Damage

  • An accident that caused property damage was reported at 4:02 p.m. March 28 on Los Gatos Boulevard at Lark Avenue.

Assault/Domestic Violence

  • A domestic violence battery incident was documented and forwarded to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office at 4:38 p.m. March 28 on Wedgewood Avenue.
  • An assault was reported at 9:58 p.m. March 17 on North Santa Cruz Avenue.
  • A restraining order violation was reported at 3:06 p.m. March 30 on Smith Ranch Court.
  • Assaults were reported at 9:49 a.m. March 30 on Village Lane.

Vandalism

  • A vandalism incident was reported at 10:44 p.m. March 28 at 201 No. Santa Cruz Ave.
  • A business' windows were reported vandalized at 9:47 p.m. March 30 on No. Santa Cruz Avenue.

DUI

  • Ryan Patrick Kerr, 33, 11:07 p.m. March 28 at Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and Andrews Street, was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of DUI.
  • Cyrus Dorabji, 26, 2:04 a.m. March 30 at Winchester Boulevard and Wimbledon Drive, on suspicion of DUI.
  • Robert Anthony Boone, 31, 2:14 a.m. March 30 at University Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road, on suspicion of DUI.
  • Kristina Marie Recla, 30, 2:10 a.m. March 29 at University Avenue and Royce Street, on suspicion of DUI and driving with a suspended license.

  • Max Cunningham, 19, 11:54 p.m. March 28, at Blossom Hill Road and Cherry Blossom Lane, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Narcotics Destruction

  • Marijuana and paraphernalia were booked for destruction at 9:45 p.m. March 29 on Howes Drive.

Auto Burglary

  • An auto burglary was reported at 5 a.m. March 29 at Towne Terrace and Rushmore Lane.

Found Property

  • A citizen reported finding an unattended bicycle, which was booked as found property at 2:51 p.m. March 29 on Park Avenue.
  • Identification cards were found and booked by police at 2:47 p.m. March 30 on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and Alberto Way.
  • A wallet was turned in to police at 2:14 p.m. March 30 at Blossom Hill Road and Roberts Road West.

Criminal Threats

  • Lynley Kerr Hogan, 45, 10:05 a.m. March 29, was arrested for making criminal threats at the Los Gatos Post Office on Montebello Way.

Petty Theft

  • An online report of petty theft was made at 10:01 a.m. March 29 on High School Court.

Missing Juvenile

  • A juvenile was reported missing at 6:43 p.m. March 28 on Loma Alta Avenue.
  • A juvenile was reported missing at 9:38 p.m. March 30 on Callecita.
