Los Gatos Police Blotter, June 10-12: Arson, Felony Arrest Warrant

Juvenile Curfew

• A juvenile curfew violation was reported at 4:13 a.m. June 10 on University Avenue.

• A juvenile was arrested for resisting arrest after a short foot pursuit at 3:35 a.m. June 10 at University Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road. The youth was seen running from an area of closed businesses.

• A small fire was reported at 6:27 p.m. June 10 at Oka Road and southbound Highway 85, but no damage or injury was reported.

• A domestic violence incident was reported at 7:19 p.m. June 10 on Monterey Avenue.

• Breanna Christine Clemons, 21, 10:07 p.m. June 10, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of being under the influence.

• A property damage accident was reported at 4:40 p.m. June 10 at 15466 Los Gatos Blvd.
• A property damage accident was reported at 10:39 p.m. June 11 on Saratoga-Los Gatos Road.
  

• A hit-and-run was reported at 1:14 p.m. June 10 at 100 Albert Court.

• A citizen reported at 9:40 p.m. June 11 being a victim of mail theft and fraudulent credit card charges.

• James William Kolb, 50, 12:34 a.m. June 11, at Blossom Hill Road and Cherry Blossom Lane, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of being under the influence of methamphetamine.

• Perry Bernard Egurrola, 56, 8:45 p.m. June 12, at Westchester and Blossom Valley drives, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County after being stopped for a vehicle code violation and being found to have a felony warrant for his arrest, a suspended license, probation with a search clause and bags of marijuana.

• A juvenile was determined to have run away form home and was later located at 9:25 a.m. June 11 on Alerche Drive.

• Gary Alan Williams, 55, 10:29 p.m. June 11, on So. Kennedy Road, was arrested for violation of a court order.

• A citizen reported that items were stolen from a vehicle during a two-day period at 9:57 a.m. June 11 on Avery Lane.
• A citizen reported a checking account information was fraudulently used to make purchases at 2:44 p.m. June 12 on Bean Avenue.
  

• An incident of identity theft was reported at 9:18 a.m. June 11 at 135 El Olivar.

• A vehicle was reported stolen at 10:30 p.m. June 12 on Wood Road.

• An adult was reported missing at 8:33 a.m. June 12 on Lark Avenue.
