Monday, July 25
2:45 a.m., 441 Leigh Ave: Cigarettes and lighters were stolen by three suspects who broke into a gas station.
9:16 a.m., 15445 Los Gatos Blvd: Jeffrey Marcus Kittler was cited and released for assault after the victim placed him under citizen's arrest.

4:08 p.m., 304 Nicholson Ave: A pair of earrings was found.

Tuesday, July 26
10:59 a.m., 14107 Winchester Blvd: Soccer equipment was stolen from a vehicle after a suspect rummaged through several vehicles.
8:06 p.m., 220 Calle Marguerita: Cash and jewelry were stolen from a residence in a burglary.
8:24 p.m., 236 Mary Alice Dr: A victim's credit card was fraudulently used and identity stolen to cash a check. The suspect is unknown.
10:51 p.m., Loma Vista Ct: Eggs were thrown at a car in an incident of vandalism.

8:44 a.m., 14685 Oka Rd: A vehicle window was smashed and property from inside stolen.
1:26 p.m., 16845 Hicks Rd: An incident of burglary was reported.
2:20 p.m., 31 University Ave: Nancy Bernadette Boesenberg was involved in an incident involving animals.
Thursday, July 28
1:26 a.m., 31 Miles Ave: An incident involving mental health occurred.
8:59 a.m., 103 El Altillo: Dollar bills were lost.
1:28 p.m., Jones Road and College Avenue: A Hispanic male flashed his genitalia to women on the Los Gatos Creek Trail.
9:13 p.m., 136 Belcrest Dr: Identification and money were stolen from a residence.
11:03 p.m., 1500 Pollard Rd: A burglary occurred at Safeway.
Friday, July 29
8:45 a.m., 17417 Wagner Rd: Construction tools were stolen from a cargo truck at a construction site.
9:16 a.m., Blossom Hill Road and Cherry Blossom Lane: Gary Williams was cited and released for public intoxication after being involved in a traffic collision on his bike. He also tried to strike a medic.
12:04 p.m., 103 Mojonera Ct: An incident of residential burglary was reported.
5:57 p.m., 15545 Los Gatos Blvd: An incident of auto burglary was reported.
Saturday, July 30
12:26 a.m., 15 N Santa Cruz Ave: Yonatan Wunderman was arrested for being drunk in public, resisting arrest, and vandalism.
1:51 a.m., 10 Station Way: Brett Everett Lambert and Auston Christopher Espinoza were cited and released for battery in an incident of assault.
4:38 a.m., N Santa Cruz Avenue and Royce Street: Lyle Robert Abb was arrested after being found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
9:43 a.m., Via Palomino and Vineland Avenue: An incident of vandalism took place at the Loma Serena Stables.
12:43 p.m., 115 Vista Del Monte: An incident involving mental health occurred.
12:57 p.m., 634 W Parr Ave: Anna Michelle Celaya was cited and released for having a suspended driver's license.
11:59 a.m., 141 Via Santa Maria: Gary Alan Williams was cited and released for being intoxicated in public.
11:37 p.m., Location Unknown: Two people were assaulted in a domestic dispute.
12:37 p.m., 15298 Kennedy Rd: An incident of vandalism was reported.
3:45 p.m., 400 N Santa Cruz Ave: A female suspect fled the scene after trying to cash a fraudulent check.
7:41 p.m., 15251 Oak Ridge Way: A missing person was reported.
Sunday, July 31
2:07 a.m., W Main Street and Tait Avenue: Troy David Evans was cited for using a handicap placard fraudulently.
3:07 a.m., 161 Potomac Dr: Jesus Silva Marin was arrested after police found suspects entering private property. He was found to be prowling, to be resisting arrest and to be in possession of stolen property.
6:48 a.m., 21 High School Ct: An incident of grand theft was reported.
7:06 a.m., 15232 Stratford Ct: An incident of vandalism was reported.
7:12 a.m., 212 Westchester Rd: An incident of petty theft was reported.
9:59 a.m., Potomac Drive and Longridge Road: Laptops and a GPS were found in the bushes, and a bicycle nearby.
11:03 a.m., 145 Maricopa Dr: A GPS was stolen and later recovered. The suspect is still at large.
11:51 a.m., 149 Loma Alta Ave: A purse was stolen from a vehicle by a residence, and the victim's credit cards were used later.
1:42 p.m., 423 N Santa Cruz Ave: Christopher Blatnick and Thomas Henry Crema were arrested for being drunk and lying on the ground by a store.
4:17 p.m., 133 Potomac Dr: A mountain bike was stolen and later recovered, but the suspect remains at large.
