Traffic Accident

• A vehicle crashed into a tree at 4:26 a.m., July 23 at University Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road.

Bike Theft

• A road bike was stolen between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., July 23 from a residence at Village Lane in Los Gatos.
• A bicycle was stolen at 9 a.m., July 25 on Winchester Circle in Los Gatos.

Found Property

• An ignition key was located on the Los Gatos Creek Trail at 6:35 p.m., July 24.
• Unspecified items found on Westchester Drive were booked at the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police station at 1:20 p.m., July 29.

Narcotics Possession

• Randall Leeii Talley, 32, 3:04 a.m., July 24, at Lark Avenue, for riding a mini motorcycle on the sidewalk with no taillights and no helmet and on suspicion of being in possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Stolen Vehicle

• A vehicle was stolen on No. Santa Cruz Avenue at 10:09 p.m., July 24.

Vehicle Code Violations

• A man was stopped for driving with a suspended license at 11:53 p.m., July 24 at Roberts Road and Forrest Avenue in Los Gatos.
• Latricia Bernice Evans, 45, 9:04 a.m., July 29, at Bachman and Alexander avenues, on suspicion of driving with a suspended license.
• William Cutler Cole, 19, 10:56 a.m., July 28, at Los Gatos Boulevard and Farley Road, on suspicion of speeding.

Identity Theft

• An unknown suspect was using a person's Social Security Card number which was reported at 4:39 p.m., July 25 at Cambrian View Way in Los Gatos.
• An identity theft report was taken at 6:43 p.m. July 25 on Casa Grande in Los Gatos.

Mental Health

• A mental health incident was reported at 7:46 p.m., July 25 on E. Main Street in Los Gatos.

Public Intoxication

• An unidentified person was arrested at 1:43 p.m., July 27 on suspicion of public intoxication at Roberts Road and University Avenue in Los Gatos.
• David Anthony Robison, 31, 11:46 p.m., July 29, on Pollard Road in Los Gatos, on suspicion of public intoxication.

DUI

• Ruby Ann Castro, 32, 1:05 a.m., July 29, on Winchester Boulevard and Wimbledon Drive in Los Gatos, on suspicion of DUI.

Underage Sales

• Chaiwat Areepitak, 62, 9:05 p.m., July 28, on Blossom Hill Road, on suspicion of selling alcohol/tobacco to a minor.

Fraud

• Unauthorized use of a debit card was reported at 1:42 p.m., July 28 on Belgatos Road in Los Gatos.

Grand Theft

• An online report was made regarding a grand theft at Fancher Court in Los Gatos at 10:34 a.m., July 28.

Auto Burglary

• An online report was made regarding an auto burglary at 10:28 a.m., July 28 on Chadbourne Lane in Monte Sereno.
