Los Gatos Police Blotter, Jan. 27-28: Man Arrested For Using Disabled Person Parking Permit

The following arrest information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Accident

  • A minor accident was reported at 2:21 p.m. Jan. 27 at No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road.

Outstanding Warrant

  • Ryan Patrick Kerr, unknown age, 12:42 a.m. Jan. 27, on East Main Street, for refusing to pay his fair while in the lobby of the hotel.
  • Jenny Marie Bresee, 31; and Brandon Joel Rodriguez, 31; were arrested at 4:50 a.m. Jan. 28 at East Main Street and College Avenue per warrants.
  • Rogelio Flores Tapia, 37, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. Jan. 28, at Blossom Hill Road and Regent Drive, on an outstanding warrant.

Vehicle Code Violation

  • Juan Castro, unknown age, 9:50 p.m. Jan. 25, at University Avenue and Los Gatos Saratoga Road, for driving with a suspended license.

Fraud

  • Patrick Le Hua, 33, 1:40 a.m. Jan. 27, at W. Main Street and No. Santa Cruz Ave., was cited for fraudulently using a family member's disabled person parking permit. The placard was confiscated for evidence.

Found Property

  • A bicycle was found on the Los Gatos Creek Trail, near Roberts Road and Ohlone Court, at 5:05 p.m. Jan. 26.
  • Unknown property was turned over to the Los Gatos Monte Sereno police at 11:53 a.m. Jan. 26 at Aztec Ridge Drive and Maya Way.
  • A report of found property was made at 2:27 p.m. Jan. 28 on Los Gatos-Saratoga Road.

Assault/Domestic Violence

  • Lisa Carnevale, 46, 3:16 p.m. Jan. 26, on Hershner Drive, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of domestic violence.

Possession

  • Lisa Francine Anderson, 55, 2:16 a.m. Jan. 26, at Blossom Hill Road and Thureson Way, on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia.

Public Intoxication

  • Ernest Peter Phillips, 48, 10:07 p.m. Jan. 28, at Blossom Hill Road and southbound Highway 17, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of public intoxication.

Commercial Burglary

  • Two iPhones were stolen from Motor Cellular, 52 No. Santa Cruz Ave., at 5:51 p.m. Jan. 28.

Auto Burglary

  • Property was stolen from a vehicle at 2:13 p.m. Jan. 28 on Carlton Avenue.

Disturbance

  • A vehicle was found to have fraudulent registration tabs at 9:49 a.m. Jan. 28 on Los Gatos Boulevard.
