Monday, Jan. 23

11:29 a.m., Spruce Hill Ct: A dog was reported by the owner's neighbor as being a public nuisance for continually barking.

1:56 p.m., 200 Winchester Ct: An incident of grand theft was reported.

2:03 p.m., 1500 Pollard Rd: A male suspect stole merchandise from a business in an incident of petty theft.

2:05 p.m., 217 Tait Ave: An incident of grand theft was reported.

4:26 p.m., Blossom Hill Road and Begonia Drive: Jason Gintz was cited for possession of false registration tabs and other vehicle-code violations.

Tuesday, Jan. 24

8:05 a.m., 532 No. Santa Cruz Ave: An incident of petty theft was reported online.

12:09 p.m., 1582 Blossom Hill Rd: Lamont Andrew Chappell was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and transportation of marijuana for sales.

1:37 p.m., 800 No. Creek Trail: Dennis Allison is arrested for a felony warrant.

3:53 p.m., 16022 Rose Ave: An incident of petty theft was reported online.

4:02 p.m., 16945 Roberts Rd: An incident of petty theft was reported online.

Wednesday, Jan. 25

6:09 a.m., 100 Winchester Circle: An incident of auto burglary was reported online.

6:43 a.m., 107 Sebastian Ct: An incident of petty theft was reported online.

9:35 a.m., 110 E Main St: A firearm was turned in for destruction.

Friday, Jan. 27

9:36 p.m., Los Gatos Boulevard and Kennedy Road: Yonik Lisa Kang was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Saturday, Jan. 28

2:13 a.m., Viewfield Road and Saratoga-Los Gatos Road: After being stopped by police for reckless driving, Nicholas Robert Plauck was arrested for driving under the influence.

8:19 a.m., 15900 Los Gatos Blvd: A driver's license was reported lost/missing.

8:51 a.m., 16178 Greenwood Rd: An incident of identity theft was reported.

2:46 p.m., Winchester Boulevard and Eaton Lane: Sean Lindly was arrested for being drunk in public and for possession of an illegal weapon.

8:44 p.m., 624 Blossom Hill Road: In an incident of robbery, a suspect took back money he had just provided to the victim.

Sunday, Jan. 29

Midnight, 8 No. Santa Cruz Avenue: Police responded to reports of a disturbance at a bar regarding an assault incident.

2:07 a.m., Los Gatos Boulevard and Spencer Avenue: A juvenile suspect was found to be in possession of narcotics.

3:15 a.m., Mays Avenue and Andrews Street: An incident involving juvenile curfew occurred.

11:04 p.m., Loma Vista Ct: Alan Caucutt was arrested after a victim reported she was struck on the arm with his fist during an incident of domestic violence.

Monday, Jan. 30

4:33 a.m., No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Royce Street: A juvenile was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and to be in violation of curfew.

11:48 a.m., 14330 La Rinconada Dr: A victim's debit card was used to make unauthorized ATM withdrawals in an incident of identity theft.

12:55 p.m., 101 Church St: Various pieces of property were stolen in an incident of commercial burglary.

4:13 p.m., 115 Creffield Heights: Fraudulent purchases were made by an unauthorized suspect by using a victim's identity.

5:06 p.m., 100 Sund Ave: An incident of identity theft was reported.

Tuesday, Jan. 31

2:27 a.m., 768 Pollard Rd: A vehicle was stolen and later located with damage.

8:18 a.m., 141 N Santa Cruz Ave: Property was reported lost.

12:19 p.m., 15055 Los Gatos Blvd: Anthony Paul Azevedo was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

4:33 p.m., 480 Santa Rosa Dr: An incident of petty theft occurred in which an unknown suspect used a victim's credit card.
