Los Gatos Police Blotter, Feb. 1-8: Thefts, Burglaries And Missing Teens

Wednesday, Feb. 1

1:05 p.m., 14901 National Ave: A vehicle vandalism was reported.

1:27 p.m., 19195 Fisher Ave: In an incident regarding petty theft, juvenile suspects went inside a fenced area for bikes at Raymond J. Fisher Middle School.The suspects were not located; no bikes were stolen.

3:24 p.m., 23 N Santa Cruz Ave: An incident of fraud occurred.

6:45 p.m., 300 Johnson Ave: Various jewelry items were stolen in an incident of residential burglary.

8:54 p.m., 809 University Ave: A report was made regarding an incident of identity theft.

9:08 p.m., 50 University Ave: An incident of assault occurred after a victim and his wife had a verbal dispute with a suspect in a parking lot.

Thursday, Feb. 2

12:27 p.m., 251 Bachman Ave: A vehicle tampering was reported.

2:08 p.m., 470  Wraight Ave: A bicycle was found.

5:00 p.m., 102 Rio Vista: An incident involving disturbance occurred.

Friday, Feb. 3

1:19 a.m., 815 Pollard Rd: A female suspect used a fictitious name to receive services in an incident of fraud.

3:02 a.m., 22 Pleasant St: Tires and wheels were stolen off of a victim's parked car in an incident of petty theft.

4:31 a.m., 246 Howes Dr: An incident of grand theft was reported online.

10:03 a.m., 2200 Arroyo Grande Wy: A victim's credit card was used to purchase items fraudulently in an incident of grand theft. The suspect is unknown.

12:29 p.m., 761 University Ave: A commercial burglary was reported.

12:34 p.m., 15720 Los Gatos-Almaden Rd: Todd Andrew Fray was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and four warrants.

2:17 p.m., 499 Loma Alta Ave: An incident involving a missing juvenile occurred.

Sunday, Feb. 5

7:08 a.m., 119 Isabelle Ct: A residential burglary was reported online.

7:18 a.m., 100 Olde Dr: An incident of grand theft was reported online.

11:04 a.m., 15425 Los Gatos Blvd: A piece of business property was reported as vandalized.

7:26 p.m., 137 Worcester Loop: A victim reported that her vehicles, house, and yard were vandalized.

8:28 p.m., Pine Wood Lane: An incident involving a missing juvenile occurred.

9:25 p.m., 7 Forrest Ave: Nickolas Lane Gaetani was arrested for being intoxicated in public.

9:36 p.m., 15549 Union Ave: A female suspect committed commercial burglary by exiting a supermarket with stolen goods and fleeing.

Monday, Feb. 6

12:48 a.m., 8 No. Santa Cruz Ave: In an incident involving domestic violence, a couple battered each other during a domestic dispute.

10:59 a.m., 1500 Pollard Rd: A man was cited and released for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession of hash.

11:34 a.m., 16400 Lark Ave: A commercial storage space was burglarized.

4:22 p.m., 425 Monterey Ave: An incident of vandalism was reported.

Tuesday, Feb. 7

2:48 p.m., 110 E Main St: A victim reported that identity theft may have occurred after he saw other names listed under his Social Security number on his credit report.

7:52 p.m., 17504 Vineland Ave: In a suspicious incident, a party reported that a fake driver's license had been mailed to them.

Wednesday, Feb. 8

3:24 p.m., 16926 Roberts Rd: A woman reported a domestic battery incident.

8:09 p.m., Hernandez Avenue: A juvenile was reported as missing but later returned home.
