Vehicle Recovery
- A stolen vehicle was recovered and released to the registered owner at 11:21 a.m. at 615 University Ave.
Commercial Burglary
- Cash was stolen from an office at 1:23 p.m. on Garden Hill Drive.
- A commercial suite's front door was open and a burglary was reported sometime between 12 p.m. Dec. 23 and Dec. 25 at Los Gatos Boulevard.
DUI Accident
- Ryan Neil Woodruff, 22, was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence and a hit-and-run at 10:48 p.m. Dec. 24 at Ferris Avenue.
Public Intoxication
- Miguel Angel Topete, 38, 12:40 a.m. Dec. 24, at North Santa Cruz Avenue and Roberts Road, on suspicion of public intoxication at the entrance of Vasona Park on Blossom Hill Road.
Possession
- Sam A. Notman, 19, 2:27 a.m. Dec. 26, at Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and northbound Highway 17, was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail after a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation, being in possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Found Property
- An anonymous citizen turned in to the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police found property at 12:01 p.m. Dec. 26 at Azalea Way.
Traffic Accidents
- A traffic accident involving two Toyotas and a driver not wearing a seat belt whose head hit the car's windshield was reported at 11:45 a.m. Dec. 22 at 333 Los Gatos-Saratoga Road.
- A traffic accident involving a Ford and a van was reported at 9:53 a.m. Dec. 24 at Winchester Boulevard and Wimbledon Drive.
- A traffic accident involving a blue Audi and a green Dodge was reported at 10:17 a.m. Dec. 26 at No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Los Gatos-Saratoga Road.
- A traffic accident was reported at 12:31 p.m. Dec. 26 at Winchester Boulevard and southbound Highway 85.
- A traffic accident was reported at 4:28 p.m. Dec. 26 at Lark Avenue and Los Gatos Boulevard.
Stolen Vehicle
- A stolen vehicle was reported at 2:35 p.m. Dec. 22 at Harwood Road and Harwood Court.
- A stolen vehicle was reported at 5:22 p.m. Dec. 23 at 15466 Los Gatos Blvd.
- A stolen vehicle was reported at 6:55 a.m. Dec. 26 at Albert Drive.
Lost Property
- A cell phone was reported missing from a Los Gatos fitness club and was later recovered by its owner at 7:41 p.m. Dec. 22 at Hooke Lane.
Theft
- An unknown suspect cut the lock to a moving truck and stole a couple of boxes with property at 9:21 a.m. Dec. 23 at Old Blossom Hill Road.
Forgery
- An incident of forgery was reported at 4:26 p.m. Dec. 26 at Westhill Drive.
Vandalism
- A vehicle window was reported broken at 8:04 p.m. Dec. 25 at Oka Road.
