Sunday, Dec. 18
12:27 a.m., 15 No. Santa Cruz Ave: After a bar fight, one of the suspects, Christopher Landon Geary, punched a security staff member in the head multiple times and bit him in the face. The latter party requested that the suspect be criminally prosecuted.
2:56 a.m., Winchester Boulevard and Daves Avenue: Emmanuel Castillo Velasco was arrested for driving under the influence.

10:00 a.m., 285 E Main St: An incident of auto burglary occurred.
2:27 p.m., S Santa Cruz Avenue: An incident of petty theft was reported.

Monday, Dec. 19
Overnight, 257 Montclair Rd: A residential burglary occurred.
Overnight, 40 Whitney Ave: An incident of petty theft occurred.
Overnight, 60 Roberts Rd: An auto burglary occurred.
Overnight, 45 Whitney Ave: An incident of grand theft occurred.
1:06 a.m., 14911 National Ave #3: A commercial buglary occurred.
8:19 a.m., 16665 Magneson Loop: An incident of grand theft was reported online.
8:48 a.m., 570 W Parr Ave: Expensive items were stolen from inside a vehicle in an incident of auto burglary.
9:37 a.m., 15265 Winchester Blvd: Personal property was stolen from inside a vehicle in an incident of auto burglary.
9:49 a.m., 15300 Los Gatos Blvd: A wallet was lost.
10:31 a.m., 136 Magneson Te: An incident of grand theft was reported online.
11:01 a.m., 15200 Los Gatos Blvd: A vehicle was burglarized and property stolen from inside.
3:48 p.m., 17510 Via Sereno: A victim's car was damaged in an incident of vandalism.
Thursday, Dec. 22
12:32 a.m., 15710 Los Gatos Blvd: A cell phone, which was left in a shopping cart at Nob Hill, was not there when the owner came back for it.
8:20 a.m., Oka Lane: A report was made involving the theft of a vehicle from the driveway of the victim.
9:58 a.m., 634 W Parr Ave: A vehicle vandalization was reported.
12:53 p.m., 15215 National Ave: A catalytic converter was reported stolen.
Friday, Dec. 23
12:34 a.m., No. Santa Cruz Avenue and Andrews Street: During a traffic stop, a suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance as well as in possession of methamphetamines.
2:27 a.m., Austin Way: Alec Christopher Jochheim was arrested after being involved in a solo vehicle collision while under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
5:32 a.m., Mulberry Drive: Two subjects, who were sitting in a parked car, were found to be in possession of a controlled substance, under the influence of a controlled substance, and in possession of a hypodermic needle and paraphernalia.
10:01 p.m., Massol Avenue: During an incident of domestic disturbance, a victim was head-butted by a suspect, Ruben Chavez Jr.
Saturday, December 24
12:36 a.m., 200 W Main St: Charles Allyn Spivak was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
1:15 a.m., 15 No. Santa Cruz Ave: A minor-age suspect was cited for consuming alcohol in a bar after being put under citizen's arrest by bar staff.
2:05 a.m., Victory Lane and W. Main Street: Gonzalo Gonzales was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
3:13 a.m., La Montagne Court: After a driver refused to yield for a traffic stop, a short chase began and ended when the suspect parked the vehicle in a driveway and fled into the residence.
11:30 a.m., W. Main Street and University Avenue: An incident of disturbance occurred where one man was antagonizing another.
12:47 p.m., Pine Wood Lane: In an incident of identity theft, a victim's personal information was used to open a credit card account in Maryland.
10:10 p.m., South Kennedy Road: A son pushed his father to the ground three times while under the influence of alcohol.
