Los Gatos Police Blotter, Dec. 10-17: Multiple Drug and Alcohol Arrests

Saturday, Dec. 10

2:51 a.m., Winchester and Daves avenues: Alexander Gene Madson was arrested for being in possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia.

12:28 p.m., Lark Avenue and Oka Road: Erik Charles Humbel and Allyssa Annette Delater were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance after police responded to reports of a disturbance between them.

4:00 p.m., 470 No. Santa Cruz Ave: Property was lost.

Sunday, Dec. 11

1:48 a.m, Dardanelli Lane and Vasona Avenue: A juvenile driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

3:47 a.m., North Santa Cruz Avenue and Roberts Road: Brian Anthony Evans was arrested after police found him to be in possession of methamphetamine paraphernalia. He also had an outstanding warrant.

Monday, Dec. 12

Overnight, 145 W Main St: Money was discovered missing in the morning after an incident of commercial burglary.

6:05 a.m., 160 W Main St.: Lost property was reported online.

2:58 p.m., 1500 Orange Ave: A watch was left behind in a hotel room safe.

4:30 p.m., 19195 Fisher Ave: A phone was stolen from a backpack in an incident of petty theft.

Tuesday, Dec. 13

10:50 a.m., 15545 Los Gatos Blvd: In an incident of auto burglary, personal items were stolen from inside a vehicle.

2:30 p.m., 15200 Los Gatos Blvd: An incident of grand theft occurred.

Wednesday, Dec. 14

1:05 a.m., Vista Del Monte and Vista De Sierra: Joe Louis Cordoni was arrested for driving under the influence and for being in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.

9:22 a.m., 244 Montclair Rd: A victim reported that his name and social security number were used to open multiple credit accounts in an incident of identity theft.

9:54 a.m., 121 Alta Tierra Ct: In an incident of petty theft, mail was stolen.

8:57 p.m., E Main Street and Pageant Way: A report was made regarding a stolen vehicle.

7:34 p.m., 17419 Farley Rd W: A suspect smashed a window of a vehicle parked outside a fitness center. A purse and various items were stolen from inside.

Thursday, Dec. 15

8:03 a.m., Loma Alta Ave: A juvenile was reported missing but returned home later.

8:09 a.m., 15950 Rose Ave: An incident of residential burglary was reported.

6:49 p.m., 15860 Poppy Ln: A woman's purse and a small backpack were booked as found property after a citizen found them near his residence. 

7:28 p.m., Maria Teresa Ct: A missing person was reported. Local authorities searched but didn't locate the victim.

9:01 p.m., 423 N Santa Cruz Ave: Charlotte Ann Wright was arrested for five outstanding warrants after a business reported that she was causing a disturbance outside.

Friday, Dec. 16

8:49 a.m., 52 No. Santa Cruz Ave: An incident of commercial burglary was reported.

10:07 a.m., Oka Road: Cash, a purse, and a wallet were stolen from the passenger seat of a vehicle after the window was smashed in an incident of auto burglary.

4:53 p.m., 15549 Union Ave: Jeremy Keith Stephens was cited and released for petty theft after taking two bottles of cough syrup from Safeway without paying for them.

10:21 p.m., Location unknown: After being contacted for vehicle code violations, juveniles are involved in an incident of narcotics possession.

Saturday, Dec. 17

Overnight, 17250 Buena Vista Ave: An incident of residential burglary occurred.

6:09 p.m., Industrial Way and Blossom Hill Road: Lorena C. Maldonado was seen driving strangely. She was later arrested for driving under the influence.
