Outstanding Warrant: 12:03 a.m. Aug. 9 at Los Gatos Boulevard and Samaritan Drive, a 25-year-old woman was cited for two misdemeanor bench warrants by Santa Cruz and Santa Clara counties.
Auto Burglary: 10:11 a.m. Aug. 9 on Roberts Road
Vehicle Code Violation: 12:12 p.m. Aug. 9 at Quito and Bicknell roads, property recovered during an enforcement stop, which was booked for destruction.
Vehicle Tow: 10:35 a.m. Aug. 6 on Towne Terrace
Residential Burglary: 3:46 p.m. Aug. 9 on Palmer Drive
Arson/Burglary: 11:43 p.m. Aug. 9 on Miles Avenue, a person was cited for arson and burglary
Assault/DV: 1:37 a.m. Aug. 10 on Withey Road in Monte Sereno, a 44-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for violating a restraining order and grabbing the female victim.
Resisting Arrest: 2:21 a.m. Aug. 10 at North Santa Cruz Avenue and Royce Street, a man was arrested for obstructing and delaying a suspicious circumstance field investigation in which he was a potential suspect. He used offensive actions and hate speech.
Vehicle Tow: 4:10 p.m. Aug. 6 on Chardbourne Lane in Monte Sereno
Grand Theft: 3:19 p.m. Aug. 10 on Los Gatos Boulevard and Kennedy Road, a 53-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for auto theft and possession of stolen property.
Property Damage Accident: 3:12 p.m. Aug. 10 at Kennedy and Stonybrook roads, two vehicles were involved in a crash with driver complaining of head pain.
Residential Burglary: 4:17 p.m. Aug. 10 on Palos Verdes Drive
Assaults: 7:34 p.m. Aug. 10 on Vista del Monte, a juvenile fled from EMQ FamiliesFirst, but was located by staff after he struck two agency staff members and slashed tires on two agency vans at the scene.
Assaults: 9:48 p.m. Aug. 10 on No. Santa Cruz Avenue and West Main Street, a cab driver reported being assaulted by one of his customers.
Petty Theft: 8:01 p.m. Aug. 11 on Las Astas Drive
Bike Theft: 11:43 a.m. Aug. 11 on Wilder Avenue
Assault/DV: a 42-year-old woman was arrested at 4:03 p.m. Aug. 11 on Lark Avenue for domestic violence, battery.
Commercial Burglary: 3:57 p.m. Aug. 11 on Union Avenue, a 29-year-old man was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for burglary after he entered Safeway with the intent to commit a theft.
Municipal Code Violation: 12:04 a.m. Aug. 11 on Oka Road, a woman reported being disturbed repeatedly by dogs barking at the residence behind her home.
Property Damage Accident: 9:12 a.m. Aug. 12 at Los Gatos Boulevard and Samaritan Drive, a delivery truck and a Lexus 430 collided.
Identity Theft: 10:40 a.m. Aug. 12 on Greenwood Lane in Monte Sereno
Natural Death: 11:12 a.m. Aug. 12 on Becky Lane in Monte Sereno, a Santa Clara County Coroner's Office case occurred.
