Sunday, April 15

12:08 a.m., Los Gatos Boulevard: A juvenile was found to be out past curfew.

1:26 a.m., N Santa Cruz Avenue: Gregor Minert was arrested for possession of a hypodermic needle.

7:44 a.m., Bruce Court: A nuisance report was made regarding barking dogs.

8:03 a.m., El Gato Lane: Gregory James Kern was arrested for a warrant.

9:37 a.m., San Benito Avenue: An existing credit line was used fraudulently.

12:37 p.m., Los Gatos-Saratoga Road: A no-trespass order was served to three people.

7:35 p.m., So. Winchester Boulevard and W. Hacienda Avenue: Glenn Masuda was arrested for driving under the influence.

9:34 p.m., Leigh Avenue: Andrew Curtis Ramos was arrested for a DUI warrant.

Monday, April 16

1:33 a.m., Garden Hill Drive: Kasra Casey Sayfie was cited for an arrest warrant.

3:03 a.m., Milbrae Lane: Erik Martin Fisher was arrested for domestic violence.

8:00 a.m., Knowles Road: A burglary occurred.

Tuesday, April 17

12:29 a.m., University Avenue and Bachman Avenue: Amy Kristen Borgese was arrested for being in possession of paraphernalia.

6:56 a.m., Los Gatos Boulevard: A car was reported as vandalized overnight.

7:12 a.m., Cuesta de Los Gatos: A petty theft report was filed online.

7:46 a.m., Oak Meadow Drive: ID theft: A victim's social security number was used to open an account fraudulently.

10:44 a.m., Old Adobe Road and Quito Road: A driver, Clint Mario Savio Dsouza, was stopped for speeding and subsequently cited for possessing less than an ounce of marijuana.

12:54 p.m., Los Gatos Boulevard and Lark Avenue: A drunk bicyclist was reported as running into parked cars. The suspect, David Richard Read, was arrested.

1:11 p.m., N Santa Cruz Avenue: A child's backpack was turned in as found property.

5:38 p.m., Camino Del Sol: In a forgery incident, a suspect cashed checks fraudulently from a victim's account.

7:03 p.m., Los Gatos Boulevard: A court violation incident occurred when a suspect with a criminal protective order approached a victim.

7:06 p.m., Bicknell Road: Police took an identity theft report.

Wednesday, April 18

11:12 a.m., Castlewood Drive: A laptop was stolen from a parked vehicle.

1:30 p.m., Villa Avenue: In an incident of grand theft, a suspect stole items from a victim's apartment.

7:02 p.m., 15900 Los Gatos Blvd: Joseph Taylor Kraft surrendered himself on a warrant before being cited and released.

7:04 p.m., Hicks Road: A parked truck was vandalized.

9:39 p.m., Oka Road: A suspect was seen walking in a victim's apartment complex.

Thursday, April 19

6:05 p.m., Gum Tree Lane: Eric Rolfe Hamilton was arrested for driving under the influence after an accident.

8:16 p.m., San Benito Way: Found property was reported.

8:38 p.m., Avery Lane: David Michael Niemiec was found passed out by a dumpster.
