Los Gatos Police Arrest Man in Connection With Kidnapping, Rape
Allen Vernon Schuhe, 53, of Mountain View, is alleged to have held woman captive for a week sexually battering her.
A woman was kidnapped, held against her will, raped, sexually battered and forced to orally copulate a 53-year-old man whom Los Gatos Monte Sereno police have arrested.
Booked into Santa Clara County Jail was Allen Vernon Schuhe, 53, of Mountain View, who's alleged to have kept the 38-year-old woman at a Los Gatos residence for about a week against her will, said police Sgt. spokesman Kerry Harris.

The sex crimes were reported to police at 8 p.m. Nov. 21.
According to Harris, the victim said she was at the residence voluntarily, initially, but then was held captive being prevented from leaving.

Schuhe had recently been staying in Los Gatos and the crimes took place at a town home, which didn't belong to the victim, Harris added.
