Los Gatos Police Arrest Drugged Felon With Stun Gun, Knife

Suspect is taken into custody April 8 and is charged with impersonation, probation violation, being under the influence of a controlled substance and weapons violations.

A convicted felon with four outstanding warrants was arrested earlier this month with various weapons by Los Gatos Monte Sereno police during a vehicle stop.

Richard Peter Kiska, 29, was taken into custody at 1:15 a.m. April 8 at Los Gatos Boulevard and Shannon Road after the driver of the car he was traveling in was stopped by police.

After officers determined he was under the influence of a controlled substance, they also discovered he was in possession of a concealed fixed-blade knife and a stun gun, a police report said.
