A fight between three neighbors was averted the morning of Nov. 4 when the residents seem to have amicably resolved their conflict.
According to a police report, one man began verbally fighting outside his home with a couple and started swinging a metal pole at them at 8:20 a.m. at Escobar Avenue and Milmar Way in Los Gatos.
Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police were called to the scene, but no charges were filed when they agreed to work out their differences, a police dispatcher said.
It's not known what the residents were arguing about.
