A 40-year-old Los Gatos man was struck by a blue Suburban while on a leisure bicycle ride around town near the Whole Foods entrance on Los Gatos Boulevard the morning of Sept. 23.

According to Los Gatos/Monte Sereno police, the accident occurred at 8:57 a.m. when the driver, a 38-year-old Saratoga man, struck the cyclist who complained of pain to left leg, thigh and head.
