You have the right idea, Rhonda: We are all in this together, and I encourage folks to let police know if they see something wrong happening. The arrest reports we receive don't always have all the details to satisfy everyone's curiosity, but the Napa PD and SO are usually pretty good and prompt with their just-the-facts-ma'am information. Here's to a safe and pleasant weekend for us all!

This guy is unbelievable! As a parent to whom this man sexually assulted my girl it really hurts me and makes me think is NPD and D.A. going to stop these sex offenders or keep letting them out so they can continue to prey on little girls? It makes me sick to even look@his picture knowing what he did in the past and still did it again. Please put this guy away and protect these innocent little girls "PLEASE" Thank you, a concerned and hurt parent!!

I agree, Jay. And I also want to speak up for the bravery of the young woman, who reported the attack right away and is still cooperating with authorities nine years later. The law calls her a "victim," but to me she is a hero.
