Criminal Activity at Los Gatos Motor Inn
Three individuals are taken into custody at local hotel the morning of Aug. 24 for narcotics possession, outstanding warrants, criminal threats and burglary.
A man and a couple were arrested in the wee hours of Saturday, Aug. 24 at the Los Gatos Motor Inn hotel, 55 Los Gatos-Saratoga Rd., for narcotics possession, outstanding warrants, criminal threats and burglary.
At about 2 a.m., Los Gatos/Monte Sereno police responded to a call of a suspicious person at the hotel.
A 32-year-old man was contacted and arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Jail for outstanding warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia.
An hour-and-half later, at about 3:30 a.m. that same morning, officers responded to the hotel again after they were alerted about a verbal altercation between tenants.
When cops arrived, the fight had escalated to furniture being thrown and death threats made, according to a police report.
The victim's hotel room door was kicked by the suspects, a man and woman ages 23 and 21, respectively, who were arrested and booked into Santa Clara County jail for criminal activity and burglary.
