A motorcyclist who crashed Saturday morning in Saratoga in a solo traffic accident has succumbed to his injuries, according to the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Office.
The 27-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition after deputies responded to state Highway 9 and Saratoga Avenue at 11:47 a.m., spokesman Sgt. Jose Cardoza said.
The man was later pronounced dead at the hospital, Cardoza said.
The man's identity is not being released until his family is notified of his death.
