New housing development at Placer Oaks

Can anyone tell me more about the housing development at the end of Placer Oaks? I live on Oak Rim Ct. all summer long, the dust, beeping trucks, my house shakes! It seems to be right on Hwy 17, down below us... I can't believe anyone would want to live there honestly..
